ARTICLE 8 : GUARANTEE / RETURNS / REFUNDS / RETRACTION
The articles supplied by Bed Canopy Universe are new and guaranteed against any defect. They are identical to those of the traditional trade and come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
If an article is defective or does not conform, the buyer has 15 working days, from receipt of the articles, to request an exchange or a refund. If the fifteen-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next working day.
The customer must return the new or unused articles in their entirety and in their original packaging, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions for use and documentation (in their original cellophane packaging imperatively and with the corresponding invoice). In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) to support@bed-canopy-universe.com (description and photos attached).
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Bed Canopy Universe is obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of the cost of return. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned package(s).
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the case of a refund, we guarantee that it will be made within 14 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. No COD shipments will be accepted for any reason.
